Another collaboration with industrial designer Tyson Mai. This time working on some branding animations for a Casio watch. Learned a lot about texturing, lighting, and scene optimization in this one.
Originating in Japan as an electronics company, Casio took the title of “smart watch” in the late 1950’s. Watches were positioned as products for better living. Casio released lines with calculators, heat sensors, cameras, mp3 players, and even remotes to control your TV or VHS. Till this day Casio and G-Shock hold the longest lasting and most durable watches in their target market.
